[planner] Unable to check, modify, delete and move ToDO #645

I.  Issue Description:
The interface have some problems in both firefox and chrome browsers.
I can create a task but I can't move it, modify, check or delete...

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Open Planner
2. Add a ToDo
3. Try to check, modify, delete or move

I just see you are using Roundcube 1.0-rc. Accepted.

Fixed. Don't miss to upload required 'qtip' plugin. I didn't notice the bug 
because qtip was loaded automatically by another plugin in our demos. Now 
planner loads this dependency itself.
