[detach_attachments] cum_upload_default not in effect #652

I.  Issue Description:

At first, i did not add 'cum_upload_default' to the dont_override array in my 
installation and every user now has 'Keep attachments on the server' set to 
'Never' and attachments never detach. Then i added it, but all user attachments 
still send as usual, and the setting is again 'Never' for everyone.
If i manualy ajust the setting, they detach and the plugin works as it should. 

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Install detach_attachments plugin.
2. Blacklist 'cum_upload_default' in 'dont_override'.
3. User setting 'Keep attachments on the server' still in effect.

Please don't miss to re-configure the plugin. 'cum_upload_detach' has to be 
removed.
