[carddav_plus] - CardDAV sync with Kerio #653

I.  Issue Description:
CardDAV plus doesn't properly syncronize my contacts from my Kerio-Server, 
which supports CardDAV.
CardDAV plus connects to my Kerio without any problems, but it doesn't sync any 
contacts.

We can't test things on all existing DAV servers around the world. If you want 
us to debug it then you have to provide test accounts on your DAV. Mail details 
to dev-team [at] myroundcube [dot] com.
