[sabredav] - Optional autoban for IMAP authentication #663

I.  Issue Description:

Configuring SabreDav with imap explicitly requires an 'autoban' table. The 
config file says "If your IMAP server supports 'autoban', set values according 
to IMAP server configuration". My server does not support autoban, but there is 
no valid setting I can choose to skip the autoban requirement.

You can set allowed attempts extremely high. Regardless the latest release has 
an option to disable autoban at all.
