[calendar_plus] appointments not visible after upgrade to Roundcube 1.0

I.  Issue Description: After upgrading Roundcube and myroundcube my 
appointments from Davical are no longer visible. They are uploaded to the MySQL 
database, but not showing in the web interface.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Upgrade roundcube from 0.9.8 to 1.0.0
2. Upgrade myroundcube plugins to the latest version
3. Open configure caldav calendar
