[calendar_plus] Can't share calendar read/write #671

I.  Issue Description:
Hi,
Trying to share a calendar I only see the possibility for read-only access. 
There is no other section with "read-write" access. What am I doing wrong?

I've setup Baikal-Server, which seems to work basically. At least I can access 
it with android mobile.

You need SabreDAV. Baikal is using SabreDAV but not our customized version.
