[captcha] Image doesn't get generated. session.auto_start to 1 in php.ini fixes. #672

I.  Issue Description:
When running the captcha plugin everything appears to work fine except the 
image doesn't get generated on the Register screen. If I change in my php.ini 
session.auto_start to 1 from 0, the captcha image loads perfectly. Problem is 
roundcube doesn't work with session.auto_start 1, so when after I log into 
Roundcube it errors out.

Yea it's working now, the last update to Roundcube 1.0.1 from 1.0.0 fixed it.

So, it must have been related to Roundcube itself. The plugin has not been 
changed in this regards.
