[carddav_plus] - CardDAV server field not editable #687

I.  Issue Description:

Server fields are protected after initial configuration

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Settings - Addressbook - CardDAV Settings
2. Enter server details in a free row
3. press SAVE - roundcube is checking to connect to the carddav server and 
downloading contacts
4. roundcube adds an additional free row with empty fields
5. the initially entered information is not editable any more

regardless for which user (plugin_manager admin or normal user)

That's intended. Remove the row and create a new entry.
