[summary] - option that disable "cleanup" link in summary page

I.  Issue Description: Today some of our employees accidentally remove all 
messages from Inbox because they had set mapping Spam folder to nothing (---).  

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Enable plugin summary
2. Set SPAM folder in Settings -> Special folders to nothing (---) - this is 
default
3. Show summary page and Click on link Cleanup (Spam folder)
4. This will delete all messages in Inbox folder
