[calendar] Loses events on sabredav sync #692

I.  Issue Description:

I have installed calendar, calendar_plus and sabredav as appears in doc. When i 
create a date in calendar, appears in events_caldav.

When i press sync button, all events disappears. I verify that in events_caldav 
the entry is also deleted. 

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Install calendar, calendar_plus and sabredav
2. Create date in calendar
3. Press sync button

Guys, please... read tickets before posting. I'm really tired of writing the 
same over and over again: Enable 'caldav_debug' and check logs (cURL or 
fsockopen).

Hi,

Ups, sorry :P. I have enabled caldav_debug but in the messages i can't find any 
strange behaviour. I upload a log: 

- Create one event on calendar
- Press sync button

The event disappears. It's strange because a lot of log appears only from one 
operation....

This is not the log file I have asked for. I asked for cURL or fsockopen logs. 
Both are log files in Rundcube's log folder.

Attached comes curl file, no fsockopen log appears.

Which SabreDAV framework version are you using? Logs look ok. Could you create 
a test account for me on your SabreDAV? Mail details to dev-team [at] 
myroundcube [dot] com.

Hi,

We're using 1.8.7. Of course, no problem for create an account, but, ¿Are you 
talking about webmail (roundcube) or sabredav?. Sorry but my knowledge about 
sabredav software is limited...

Sorry by my knowledge about sabredav is limited. Do you need that i create a 
user in database on users table?. I docs i only find this reference

"In order to allow a user to log in, add them to the users table. You must also 
add them to the principals table to enable calendar access"

Please confirm and i send the credentials.

Well, then I'm sorry. This is a bug tracker and not a support forum. We host a 
user2user support forum @ http://forum.myroundcube.com. Alternatively you can 
hire us for SabreDAV deployment (http://myroundcube.com/services-support). I'll 
label/close your ticket as invalid.
