[calendar_plus] - Enter one-line summary

I.  Issue Description:
After upgrading v0.9.5 to v.1.0.1 the Calendar in front page, only circling.
"successfullyreplicated" text is come, but the circling stay.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Login in to roundcube.

If I removed the calendaroverlay DIV with Firebug,
and remove the upcoming-content DIV display:none,
then the calendar work.

Works for me. Check javascript errors (f.e. Chrome -> F12 -> Console). Also 
make sure to rename all configuration keys from $rcmail_config to $config and 
check if all configuration values are present.
