I.  Issue Description: No matter which identity is selected ,the signature of 
the default identity is always used for composing messages.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Configure a unique signature in each identity.
2. Switch to a non-default identity.
3. Compose new message and observe that the wrong signature is used.

I'm not sure if I can change this behavior because Roundcube and not the Plugin 
is responsible to insert the appropriate signature.
