I.  Issue Description:
It is not possible to change the default color of the sticky note.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Create a new note
2. it shows 3 small, colored rectangles to choose from. Yellow(which is 
default), Blue and Green.
3. Click on the Blue or Green rectangles, nothing happens

(testet with IE, Chrome and FF)

Make sure that 'qtip' plugin exists in your plugins folder.

Dear Sir or Madam,
'qtip of course is installed on the server.
'qtip' is in the plugin folder and I can see it is installed in the 
PluginManager. So this does not cause the problem. The installed qtip-version 
is the latest version: 2.0 (2014-01-08).

Again it is not possible to change the Color

I'm running Roundcube 1.0.1

Did you update the plugin? Latest version was released just when closing the 
ticket.
