install plugin manager #708

doesnt work 
i think its because its installed with custombuild from directadmin

i use roundcube 1.0.1

in config.inc i have

// List of active plugins (in plugins/ directory)
//$config['plugins'] = array('plugin_manager');
$config['plugins'] = array(
 //   'plugin_manager',
    'password',
    'archive',
    'zipdownload',

);

if i put something on i get 

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

i hope you can help
