[carddav] no carddav settings #714

I.  Issue Description:

the carddav settings did not show up on addressbook settings

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. installed fresh iredmail
2. update roundcube from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2
3. installed plugin manager
4. installed core patches
5. installed cardav plugin and activated it on the plugin manager

everything went fine, no problems with DB adjustments so far, 
the cardav plugins is listed on the about window but
no carddav settings after all :-(

so I missed something?

Settings section is part of carddav_plus.
