[myrc_navigation] Cannot Disable Open in New Window #795

I.  Issue Description:

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Under Settigns>User Interface: Uncheck box to disable
2. Click Save
3. Check box is still checked and will not disable.

Yes. I have since update myrc_navigation, while I can save settings now, I
have my config set to false for all open in new windows and on a new user
login, all links open in new window and user has to got settings >User
Interface and save settings to disable open in new window. WIth defaults
set to not open in new windows, it is opening in new window

I did remove 'myrc_navigation' from users preferences for all users and it
is still enabled as default for new users even for newly created users..

Yes, and where is the issue? If you don't to have it enabled then uncheck both 
boxes in Plugin Manager and the user is able to enable the plugin.

Please update latest release and post what is open. I'm not sure what is fixed 
for you and what's still pending.

I have updated the latest release this morning and it appears to work as
configured now. I will clarify if I can. I had my config set for false on
all opening in new windows, so it should have open links in same windows.
It was overidding  config and forcing all links to open in new window,
since latest update, it defaults to open in same window now as expected.
