I.  Issue Description:

When I try to drag a contact from a group to another, it does nothing.
Same action without carddav plugin enabled works.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Enable carddav plugin
2. Create groups in addressbook (local or remote) and try to move a contact 
from one group to another, or from one addressbook to another.

Well, you say same without carddav plugin enabled. True? If so, it is not a 
plugin issue and you are wrong here. Goto http://trac.roundcube.net. Please 
confirm, so that I can either close the ticket or to continue.
