[carddav] - Address Book Creation Issue

I.  Issue Description: Upon first time logon, address book shows only local 
addressbook and not what is configured to create on first logon if not present. 

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. First Login
2. Click on Address Book, only local is present.
3. Goto Settings
4. Addressbook
5. Carddav Settings, in window where list of address books should be, a mirror 
of roundcube session is displayed. 
6. Click back on Addressbook
7. Click back on Carddav Settings and the addressbooks configured to be created 
upon first login are now present. 
8. Click back to Address Book on taskbar in roundcube and all address books are 
present as it should be.

This happens every single time a new user logs on. I can recreate these steps 
exactly with the same results. I have an alternate testing reoundcube up and 
did a total new install with only bare plugins with the calendar carddav and 
sabredav plugins and problem persists.

Config files are stock and only mydomain.ltd is changed to my FQDN.

Unable to recreate at Sandbox as my account and addressbooks were created a 
while back and this only happens to new users ...

I do not know what "Labels: -Milestone-Release_Q3_2013" means, but I did
create a new email account at your sandbox (s2.myroundcube.com) and
recreated the exact same issue as what I reported ..

It took a while because we decided to re-code the CardDAV frontend from scratch.

To GUIs of carddav and calendar plugins are now unified.
