Change of severity to Low :

While not shown in the diagram, the following description does state the multiplicity for Next-Of-Kin and Record classes. This should not cause a great deal of inconvenience to the user. While it was not explicitly stated, it is not totally fatal. It is still entirely possible to understand the interaction between the classes with slight inconvenience and a bit more reading.
