Should be recategorized to very low as this does not directly affect your usage. I think the usage of names is not that big of a factor as you were able to discern the meaning of helper, fine-tune it to service staff (which is very similar) and suggest it. If a high functioning student like you is able to do so, I don't see a big issue with others understanding the deeper meaning behind the intent.
