Capital letters in the username will be converted into small letters, but this is done without any warning to the user. (No note found in the userguide either)

Reason for disagreement: This bug affects usage. As per the label description, 'VeryLow' are for bugs that does not affect usage and are purely cosmetic issues. I think 'Low' is fair.
