Change in severity to Low :
All information is still stored correctly and is still relatively readable but organisation can be improved to help increase convenience for user. Next-of-kin information is commonly stored as an emergency contact for the elderly, hence usually only one is stored at a time. Storing of multiple next-of-kin information will be a rare case and hence will not greatly affect the convenience anyways.

When more than one next-of-kin is added, the results do not appear as a list when viewnok is entered. The second nok are appended to the end of the first nok, making the result appear very messy.
