Off-Piste Data Update - Varying Analysis Methods for Long Time History Sites | Dakota’s Research Blog

From our meeting earlier today, we wanted a better way to look at the effects of varying summer definition, analysis type, and averaging schemes on slopes of discussed variables. Here are these plots! (In each, gray markers indicates no statistical signficance with 95% confidence levels.)

Just checking: are the slopes for the DO trends really in units of mg L-1 / century? The numbers look bigger than I was expecting, especially 4 mg L-1 for surface DO. Also, it is odd that the ordering of the x-axis labels changes from plot to plot...

Confirmed that the DO trend slopes are really mg/L/century. The Saratoga Passage site does show this increase - which I agree is kind of a huge value. And I'll fix the weird labeling issue...
