Creating Windows/Linux/Mac release bundles #6

A necessity before being able to put any downloads on the releases page.

Windows would probably just be some windeployqt and CPack stuff, but Linux I'm not too sure about. Mac I can't even test as I don't have a virtual machine or anything for that, nor do I remember how to even set one up.

Would prefer CI stuff and GitHub Actions creating releases, but all the submodules I'm including install a whole bunch of garbage that I'm not sure how to exclude, and sf2cute even has its install process broken (yet another PR I need to do)
