Make es-mode syntax highlighting into real faces #46

Right now I use things like font-lock-keyword-face, which is fine, but it'd be nice if I could theme es-mode specifically.

I tried doing this in 62dc343741088d892b72cb52170af74d96c0258d but had to revert it (ac13cb477d0775fc8fe1ffbd88f9909eb0688174) because it didn't work.
