Added new options for AccountName + AccountID #11

New options are:- -i, Account_ID, --account-id Account_ID The id of account to add playlist to if not master. -n, Account_Name, --account-name Account_Name The name of account to add playlist to if not master.

(Fully Tested + checked at db and plex level)
