Mod4+(C|c)trl+d does not seem to do anything, but Mod4+d does.

It turns out xgbutil (xgb) does not accept ctrl, super et cetera, hence we manually replace these shorthands in the parser - https://github.com/dakyskye/dxhd/commit/a2ec978c1ea478413c6e1db874ad28d21a04d630
