CPU percentage incorrect #625

procs -V: 0.14.5 command 'top' shows higher CPU usage eg. top showing 1.3% while 'procs' shows 0.0% for same process? With other processes similar thing. Ill update to latest, to see if happens.

its different refresh rate, didn't notice... it is a OK
