locate: added --ignore-case and corrected the wildcard character from * to .* #16

Thanks for this PR. Of course these changes should get documented also, but I will update the documentation.

FYI I more or less don't use Ulauncher anymore because most of its functionality has been replaced by Spacemacs (e.g the "locate" feature in Spacemacs is great!). If you like hacking/computing and an efficient workflow (and you know or want to learn vim keybindings) then I would really recommend you to check out Spacemacs... (I am still using the appchooser.py i.c.w. with Spacemacs b.t.w.)
