dirty worktree with [doom sync]? #6

when I followed the readme guide and ran doom sync command, the console output:

> Updating packages (this may take a while)...
> Repository "image-roll.el" has a dirty worktree:

        D  FUNDING.yml
        D  README.org
        D  image-roll.el

           1) Abort
           2) Stash changes
           3) Discard changes (Choose this if unsure)

        How to proceed? (1, 2, 3; don't know? Pick 3)

so how should I choose to proceed, does it harmless?

sorry I realized it is because of my last execute doom-reload in emacs that causes these files exist.
