Add dependency declaration #20

While the package.el comments declare no other dependency than Emacs itself, lines 30 and 31 require pdf-tools and pdf-annot, both from the pdf-tools package.

This commit adds pdf-tools as a dependency to the package so package.el and other package managers can correctly install it when installing pdf-continuous-scroll-mode.

Thank you for this PR, it has been merged. However, you should know that I have been continuing the work in the 'continuous-scroll-version-3' branch of my fork of pdf-tools. (I have not yet updated the README here, because it took/takes a lot of time to find out how to make that branch work for all users).
