[Suggestion] Missing JEI entries

Several machines don't have JEI entries on what they can do. While it's propably debatable on some of them, it would allow looking up complete recipes for certain components (such as Circuits) without having to go out of JEI and having to sift through the manual to find what's making them.

• Magnetizer making Standard Magnets
• Stabilization Table turning Inert Energy Core into Energy Cores
• Circuit Scribe scribing on Blank Plates (maybe include a picture of the pattern ?)
• River Grate collecting its stuff
• Fluid Extraction Drill collection Liquid Sulfur and Propane (not that useful without fixing #15 though)
• Mob Disassembler making Monster Dust (debatable)

A nice final touch would be having something (an icon for example) in the Electric Furnace recipes to tell it's exclusive to it. This is probably not required, but would make it a bit easier to see why it's required at all when in a big modpacks with hundreds of pages of Furnace recipes (although you could just stumble when looking on how to make the Circuits).

JEI entries for those five machines are low-priority since they're all very specialized (they each only have one or a few recipes). That said, I understand how it would be a bit confusing, so I'll most likely add them into the next major update.

1.1.5 adds JEI integration for the Disassembler, Stabilizer, and Magnetizer. I'll keep this issue open, though, since I do plan to add more integration for the other ones you mentioned.
