Adapt for mazda FE Cylinder #8

Hi

I'm want to adapt to a Mazda FE with a CB Black box controller.

I get a standard negative pulse for use with a 12v coil. Can this be used as the yellow ignition ecu input? Or do I need to convert to 5v?

Is the Sr20 pulse 5v?

I plan to use this code as a reference for using COP on the Mazda BP05 Engine. Have you succeeded?

BTW, on my Mazda 323 distributor, it uses 2 sensors, each giving a 5v signal.
