What

This PR adds back the option to stop charging at 80%. When battery upgrading a 2010-2014 vehicle that has the longlife option, the functionality is lost. The newer batteries ignore the 80% flag sent by the car, and just continue charging to 100%. This PR fixes that, and stops charge at 80% if this option is enabled.

Testers wanted, binaries attached: 3-port: can-bridge-firmware_v4.24beta.zip 2-port: canbridge_4.24beta.zip

Testing is showing that this works! 🥳 Merging it, and doing a release!
