Camera #67

Add a camera feature: pan, rotate, zoom, etc.

Possibly, it would be nice to assign z/depth values to layers, so that panning the camera create a parallax effect, without having to manually translate different layers at different speed.

It really would be nice, and it's that kind of thing relatively easy to automate, and very painful to do manually. Please make vector animation great again 😄 , and create that missing free (because flash already exists), modern, and bug-free substitute to synfig studio! 🌌
