Alexa and Smartstart for Viper #18

I used these instructions that you left to successfully start my vehicle using Alexa and it has been wonderful to have that ability! However, I just had to update the viper smartstart module on my vehicle due to 3G towers going down in the area, as they claim. After having it installed on the vehicle, Alexa will no longer start my vehicle even though it goes through the motions just the same as if it would start.

Do you have any insight on how to change the code to get it to work again? I don't see anything that comes directly from viper itself so I am not sure.

I am having the same issue. Any Solution?

Same issue here in the uk, I have just fitted the new unit and I no longer have voice control. I let my subs slip for 9 months as I was not paying for it to only work once in a while, so I am unsure if this skill is still working? Could someone say if they still have a working skill please.
