Featured image in post list #2

Is there any way to show the first image of a post in the post list?

@jpadilla at the moment featured images aren't a Ghost feature, but I think they plan on adding it in a future version. Lots of themes seem to use messy workarounds, I'd rather implement features as they are officially supported by Ghost.
