middle-mouse click does not work with key-mon with highly-visible click turned on #81

I have set up a program Blender so that middle-mouse button works for rotation.
It works well until I start key-mon. Then key-mon shows middle-mouse click but 
nothing happens in my program. All other keyboard and mouse keys seem to work.

I checked it closely now. Seems like middle-mouse button switches between 
key-mon and blender.

I unchecked "Highly visible click" in preferences and middle-mouse button works 
now.

Thanks for the update.
I've been terribly busy and haven't had much chance to work on key-mon recently.
But this information helps a lot in finding a solution.

When I test on blender it seems to disrupt how it behaves (but only with highly 
visible click turned on).
