At least a descriptive readme, but maybe a wiki would be better if we want to go into detail.

We should start with a descriptive README.md first, and maybe add a CHANGES.md too, to keep track of features, API changes, etc.

@ahruska has already started to prepare something for the README IIRC, but wanted to wait for a stable plugin status to add these infos.
