Describe the bug
I've noticed that occasionally, when creating new writing files or drawing files, they sometimes don't show up in the files pane. Sometimes the folders don't show up or sometimes the files in this folders don't show up. They exists, are already embedded and working, but not visible in the files pane until restart.
It seems to happen most when the attachment folder defined didn't exist before inserting a new writing or drawing embed.
To Reproduce
Customise the Ink attachment folder to a folder that doesn't exist yet.
GO into a markdown file (new or existing).
Insert a new handwriting section and/or drawing section
Check the files pane for the the file visibility.
