State menu toggle command and hotkey #18

What's your idea? Add a hotkey and command for the "Show state menu in notes" toggle.

Why? How would it help you (or others)? I love the state menu, but I don't want to see it all the time. It takes up too much screen real-estate when I'm really working on a note and sometimes a note doesn't need a state and the Set State default is distracting. But I love the menu when I'm flipping through notes and making small changes. Going to the settings page takes way too long to turn it on and off.

Anything else? Other state menu ideas:

I agree... Personally I hate that the state menu on note add a new top bar for "nothing" !! With a command to change note state, we can use the Commander Plugin and Add a button anywhere we want !!
