[x] set up Rowan4GsDevkit CI scripts so we can automatically validate changes from pull requests [ab8b37bd9]
[x] merge issue_917 into master [ab8b37bd9]
[ ] document/test procedure for setting a managed project
[ ] create a startGemServer.stone script launching Seaside GemSevers (probably in GsDevKit_stones)
