FileTreeUrl subclasses FileUrl ... presumably need to convert to use ZnUrl

Besides needing to use ZnUrl:

MCFileTreeLoaderTraitsTest>>testLoad fails in Pharo3.0 (expected failure) and passes in Pharo4.0.
In Pharo4.0 (Pharo4.0 Latest update: #40470) a Bad BitBlt arg (Fraction?); proceed to convert error is raised during MCFileTreeIssue136Test>>testExtensionMethodError ... some sort of Pharo4.0 bug that causes the test to appear to fail ...
