Possibility to reuse previous extract updates (issue #54 )

Don't have means to test at the moment, but it looks sane to me! Many thanks for your efforts!

If you want, you can test XenServer inside a VM ( since 6.5 version). The off-line functionality it'snt perfect because, the script need to have Internet access.
