Update XS71_excludes.py #71

XS71ECU1 includes all earlier updates 1-14

hehe, sorry for the typo maybe we should cancel the PR, for the XS71ECU1 you need Citrix Customer Select Services otherwise you cant install the "servicepack" and for the most people, this will not be the case.

The big problem is, that they will stop releasing updates for systems which doesnt have the ECU1 in 3 month, so the most people have to upgrade to 7.2, which is not lts.
