Update Interactive demo app.

I did a renewal of our interactive demo app with the following changes:

• A new layout (similar to this streamlit app)
• Added options for more interaction (preprocessing options, K of top-k prediction)
• Input score visualization for interpretability (Integrated Gradients, attention scores)
• More model added (MultiResCNN, Fusion, DCAN, and TransICD)

(Running multiple models in one app is a TO-DO, but not the top priority for now.)

Also, while making this change I also changed some other part of the repo. Here's the list for the record:

• Expose an interface to get the attention score for attention-based models (all models so far :) )
• Fix an error in the Config class (here)
• Fix a typo of the recent preprocessing options (here)
• Fix path of some datasets (for TransICD) and remove epsilon in the TransICD (here)
• Fix some import error in the Fusion model (here)
• Update pre-commit and isort config

Applied the PR comments and updated to run multiple model in a demp app. Also I did the following updates:

• Update Config class to work with yaml list correctly
• Fix checkpoint loader to load ckpt file in cpu first even if the ckpt has cuda tensors.
• Remove device config in TransICD model
• Fix Fusion model so that it does not use cuda when use_gpu=False.
