Description

Survey123 gives us this weird format where many trap histories are stored in one row. We need to create a transformation that will take in an input of that kind and spit out an array of data that is formatted to our schema.

note: endobrev is standard going forward. do not check for endobrev, hardcode a value of 1 going in.
