ignore archive stuff and fix build #73

Description

Build was failing since there were no R files to copy during the yarn prod instruction, so I added a dummy file.

This isn't the smartest way to do it (better to have a more sophisticated start script), but I'll propose this for now so yarn build actually works.

Also ignored the archive to speed up babel.
