@Rulock I started the no nudging run. location is: /proj/atm/saltena/runs/run_2019_04_03_1/wrf_no_nudge the nudged run location is: /proj/atm/saltena/runs/run_2019_04_03_1/wrf2

It should be done in 3 days.

Some random comparison: Theta difference on 30th model level (~11700m over the sea level), 12.15.2017, 20:00 UTC theta_diff_d01
