Can’t seem to make a bootable install USB #715

Hello I’ve purchased a new USB drive and and downloaded the latest Mac OS and used 2 ways to try create a bootable USB drive, used both balenaEtcher and after it wasn’t bootable I’ve made a new one using Transmac with the same result: when I’m pressing F2 to go to the boot menu I see only windows . I’ve checked also I did everything by the manuals for the bios thing to make sure that this is not the problem. What can be the problem? Maybe the DMG I have for the OS ? Any help will be appreciated thank.

If I'm not mistaken, starting from BigSur system images are no longer bootable. Yesterday encountered this problem, and solved it by online installation through RecoveryImage with instructions from OpenCore. After installing the system via OpenCore, you can continue to use Clover.
